Two Liberty Place is equipped with high quality Fujitec passenger elevators set into three groups: Low Rise (serving Floors 1, 3 and 4 - 21), Mid Rise (serving Floors 1, 3 and 22 - 37) and High Rise (serving the Residences at Two Liberty). These elevators are maintained by Fujitec technicians using genuine original equipment manufacturer parts. The elevators are routinely tested and approved by the City of Philadelphia.
In addition, the Building has two tower freight elevators and two shuttle freight elevators, also installed and maintained by Fujitec.
Each elevator has a (red) ALARM button in case of any emergency. Should the elevator stop and the doors do not open, remain calm. There is no danger, the car will not fall. Press the (red) ALARM button and it will sound at the Lobby Reception Desk. Each elevator also has an in-cab intercom allowing you to speak directly with the lobby security officer. The security officer will immediately call the appropriate personnel at the elevator company to alleviate the problem.
Please report any elevator malfunctions (i.e., doors not closing properly, elevator cab not leveling with the floor, call button lights) by contacting the Office of the Building or by entering a notice in the Service Request System (opens in new window).
For the safety and convenience of all, we do NOT permit deliveries via the passenger elevators unless advance arrangements have been made with the Office of the Building.
