We ask that each Tenant customer appoint one contact in the company to collect requests from employees and direct them to the Office of the Building. This Tenant Contact may also serve as a tenant representative, acting as a liaison to the Office of the Building to receive notices, updates, general building information, as well as an emergency contact. By utilizing a single point of contact, duplicate requests are eliminated, enabling the Office of the Building to respond efficiently. Once the individual(s) are appointed, the Office of the Building will issue username and password credentials so the Tenant Contact can submit service order requests.
